Most Wet Basements can now be permanently repaired from the inside and for a fraction of the price of an outside repair. When waterproofing from a home’s interior, The Crack Doctor installs our proprietary drainage system along the edge of the leaking walls under the basement floor. After installing a waterproof membrane to cover the foundation walls, we connect the membrane to the drainage system. This can be tied into to a sump pump if required and new concrete is poured to repair the floor.
This ‘french drain’ solution is effective and permanent and provides an excellent ‘water management’ solution. In most cases the entire repair can be performed in one day or less and can be scheduled immediately…before the next big rainfall!
